a small thank you to you JChow consider this your digital send-off toast (minus the awkward pre shift again lol). Thank you for the years of leading this team, mentoring not only your CT's but FOH teams over the years.  Your dedication and Kokoro shaped this team and raised the bar for every plate we put out, to the service set in our dining room. Our guests felt it nightly from the sometimes awkward table touches, us having the chance to learn from you, and because of that we are better.  As you step into what’s next (chilling on a beach), we hope you never forget this place, because you’ve left a whole lot of you here. This a small way of saying: we love you chef, we appreciate you, we will miss you and we are always cheering for you.
